TERMS OF USE
These terms govern access to ViralBid, profile submissions, and purchases of leaderboard placement.
1. Acceptance and age
By using ViralBid, submitting a profile, or paying, you accept these Terms and the Rules of the Board. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If acting for a business, you confirm you can bind it.
2. The service
ViralBid offers a public paid leaderboard for promotional and entertainment purposes. Position depends only on confirmed payments under the Rules and can change at any time. We do not sell social metrics or guarantee traffic, sales, audience, availability, or results.
3. Your submissions
You confirm submitted information is accurate, public, and yours to share. You need not own a profile to link public information, but you may not impersonate its owner or imply sponsorship or authorization that does not exist. You remain responsible for your submission and its compliance with law and third-party rights.
4. Pricing, payment, and confirmation
Amounts are displayed and charged in USD. Stripe processes payment, and its own terms may also apply. Rank changes only when our webhook verifies and applies the payment; a success page or bank authorization alone does not confirm placement. Taxes, currency conversion, and bank fees may depend on your location.
5. Refunds and disputes
Because placement is applied immediately and may be outbid, confirmed payments are final except for non-waivable legal rights or a verified duplicate charge or technical error. A refund, chargeback, or reversal may remove the amount and recalculate rank. Contact us first so we can investigate an issue.
6. Conduct and moderation
Do not manipulate payments, abuse request limits, bypass validation, access the admin console, interfere with the service, or submit content prohibited by the Rules. We may reject, hide, or remove profiles and restrict access for safety, legal compliance, or abuse.
7. Intellectual property
You retain rights you hold in submitted material. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license reasonably necessary to display the profile name, handle, link, and representation within ViralBid. ViralBid, its design, and non-licensed code remain the operator's property.
8. Availability and changes
We may fix errors, change features, suspend the service, or update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. If an interruption prevents a payment from being applied, we will investigate Stripe and database records.
9. Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent law permits. We do not guarantee placement, exposure, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum lawful extent, we are not liable for indirect, reputational, profit, or third-party-platform losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
